Big Boy Underwear
Asa got to pick out big boy underwear yesterday! We're trying our best to encourage his interest in the potty. He had several accidents, but also had several successful potty trips. I'm cautiously optimistic- I know he's pretty young but if this is our window, I'd be thrilled!

3am Phone Call
Tony and Asa called me in Venice at 3am last night (local time). It was about 7 or 8 pm in Denver. They had big news.
Asa got on the phone and said "Hi Mommy! I potty! I potty!"
Asa went pee pee in his potty for the first time ever!!!
It was worth waking up for. He was soooo proud of himself!
Can't wait to see them tomorrow night :)

Above is a photo of the cafe where my wallet (credit cards, money, drivers license) was stolen. I no longer have a cent on me (or the ability to access any funds) while traveling abroad. I think this happened day two. Pretty awesome. All I have left is my passport. Thank God for that! (And for my mama who is paying for EVERYTHING). :) I wonder if she thinks I did this on purpose...
We had a DELICIOUS breakfast here one day. I had fried eggs on bread with this amazing Dutch cheese melted on top. It was served with a side of sweet salad of greens and shredded carrots. Yummy!
